The prostate gland usually starts to enlarge after 40 years. Enlarged Prostate or BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) appears when the prostate gland grow slowly, pressing the urethra, and the gland secret a fluid discharged at one time with the sperm. Nowadays, the treatment it’s accessible for everyone, both medical and surgical one, but the self care treatment is the most important of all and the least expensive one, but the one of us who will not renounce at some bad habits exists treatments.

If you want to avoid worsening of the symptoms, take care of you. If you need to urinate don’t delay, empty your bladder completely, don’t drink a lot of fluid all at once, avoid alcohol or caffeine, reduce stress and be more careful. This can ameliorate your symptoms, and your life will be easier and happier. But only two types of medication treatment it was approved.
